30 Farinella Drive
In 2021 NVE developed 30 Farinella Drive in East Hanover, NJ to fill the market’s needs for a 75,500 SF of first-class industrial space. The building is currently leased to bio/life science tenant GenScript.
GenScript has improved the building into a GMP, FDA regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility under a long term lease.
NVE strategically selected GenScript as a tenant based on its science and technology usage, as well as the fit within the surrounding area of the property.
Flex Industrial for the Modern Tenant
31 Farinella Drive
31 Farinella Drive is a 48,000 SF, state-of-the-art industrial building featuring 8,250 SF of mezzanine space, 85 parking spaces, 5 truck docks and 28’ clear ceiling heights. The project is designed to accommodate a wide variety of industrial uses including warehouse, light industrial, R&D, data center, self-storage and education possibilities.
